Attention Fashion Designers!
Applications are now being accepted for an amazing store front opportunity. We are currently holding official castings for up and coming local designers to be a part of a cooperative opportunity in a premier store front location in San Francisco’s Union Square, opening March of 2010. We are looking for casual/contemporary styles for women. Hip, current, and trend forward pieces that will help to create one cohesive vibe within an amazing space and overall creation of a Boutique Collective unlike any other.
Only 15 hand selected designers will be chosen per 4 month rotation.
The space is being specifically created as a platform for local artist to generate exposure and recognition. In addition to tapping into multiple consumer target markets throughout the bay area, we are targeting consumers that have a high demand and need for style, quality and diversity. We are a grass rooted operation, determined to overcome the challenges that San Francisco has faced in becoming accurately recognized as fashion industry leaders. We are creating an experience for consumers to explore your designs within a community of creative style.
Designers will be hand selected based on the following:
o Quality
o Style and Creativity
o Trend Awareness
o Product production
o Inventory Stability
o Personal Passion
Our goal is to support an environment where each designer has the ability to not only showcase their work but, also to develop and produce your work within the space. This store is a co-op with a spin- and will focus on maintaining awareness throughout the community, creating events to showcase each and every designer, fashion and cultural education, and private events.
Each designer will be provided with the following:
* Marketing (including; media, events, designer spotlighting, and PR)
* 4 month Rental Contract
* Incentive sale opportunities
* An amazing space and opportunity to work with great people

Please make sure you are prepared to present and plan for the following:
o Physical Product samples
o Design portfolio
o Inventory projections (ability to produce and maintain personal inventory)
